Director: Development Washington State community collaboration of safe
patient placements and continued care in community
Director: Development with Law Enforcement & Health Care Community

Team,” Social Workers placed in all First Responders locations (Police
Precincts, Sheriff and Constable Precincts, all Levels Jails, all Mental

Magnet Conference -Leadership of Hospital – Obtained Baldridge Award; Quality Measures and Patient Satisfaction at top of Scale over entire tenure (9 years) nationally, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring Instructor; Birthing Center
Educator – all areas including OR/PACU, certified Ultrasound tech; Certified
Lactation Consultant (CLC); Obtained & trained approval of sacral saline
injections by BC RNs; Introduced and trained in hypno-labor/birth and
water labor/birthing; enhanced all “natural” birthing plans of care;
introduced pre-labor birth plan meetings with parturients; developed Plans of Care for community midwives, enhanced relationship between midwives and OB’s.
Developed care planning with nursing, Interns, Residents, and OBs, and
medical students – Tertiary Care Academic Hospital (Texas), developed
program with ED for triage and emergent needs of pregnant patient arrivals

Co-Founder and principal in management community benevolence
organizations: one of the two was toured by Gov. Bush who then carried
the plans to Texas HHS Committee; Replicated these centers in Belarus;
able to procure government grants for assistance in care of impoverished
&/or homeless. Co-founded City Day Center – managed by many churches
